EXPLAIN is a model of organizational structure

How to work efficiently and successfully lead a young, value-oriented company? These are just two of the challenging questions that young entrepreneurs face. Here at EXPLAIN, we are passionate about everything we do and want to pass it on.  We opened our doors to around 20 entrepreneurship students from DHBW Karlsruhe, so that they could get an exclusive look at our management culture.  During their visit, they looked over our shoulders and afterwards, our CEO Jonas Keller, gave them helpful tips and exclusive insights into our values, management structure and operation.

Successful entrepreneurship: from lecture hall to the executive floor

Jonas Keller knows exactly how successful entrepreneurship works. He studied entrepreneurship at the DHBW Karlsruhe while working at EXPLAIN, side by side with Sven Hager, EXPLAIN’s Managing Partner. He arranged the students’ visit with his former professor. After taking the students on a tour through our offices, he took time to answer their many questions.
